What or who inspires you? The natural world, my friends and colleagues, great story.
Do you have a favourite quote? “You see, I want a lot. Perhaps I want everything: the darkness that comes with every infinite fall and the shivering blaze of every step up.” ~ Rilke
How do you recharge your batteries? Silence, getting lost in the woods, reading stories that transport me to another time and place, spending time with my family, tapping into the creative flow in some form or another.
What is your morning ritual? Early morning dog walks, coffee with my husband, and some time alone to do my personal practice of meditation, prayer, & writing. If I can start my day without having to rush through any of these rituals it is a good day.
Do you have any healthy eating secrets? Eat real food, with great appreciation. That’s all.
