Many people choose a word for their year.  Do you have a word for 2016? TRUST

What is your favourite quote? “Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground. ”-Rumi

Do you have any healthy eating secrets?  Being an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I follow the system of Ayurveda (and intuitive eating). Often people think this means restricting and being on a special “diet”. This isn’t the case. Ayurveda is about being in rhythm with your unique nature. When you know your dosha/ constitution and how to listen to your body you can make the best choices for your health and well being in any given moment.

What do you like most about the Victoria Yoga Conference? I really love the welcoming community vibe of the Conference. It’s not pretentious. It allows all levels and ages and stages of yogis to come together to learn, grow, and have fun.
