Cory is teaching two classes at the 2017 Victoria Yoga Conference.
Do you have a personal philosophy you live by? If it’s not fun, why do it?
What is your evening ritual? Reflect on my day and think, ‘if this was the last day I ever lived, would I be proud of how I spent my time today?’. This serves as contemplation from the day past and inspiration for the next morning.
If you could spend one day anywhere in the world, where would it be? Somewhere I haven’t been.
What do you love about the Victoria Yoga Conference? I love the community that the Victoria Yoga Conference has built and continues to build. There is something uniquely Pacific North West about it that makes it feel like home. Yoga is universal and there are all sort of studios and teachers all over the world. But, something about the VYC, just feels…right.
