Exhibitor Contract

The following contract is binding upon acceptance between the applicant, his or her employees and agents and the Victoria Yoga Conference (VYC), February 15 and 16, 2020 at the University of Victoria, for participation as a Victoria Yoga Conference Vendor.

  1. Cost for an Exhibit Space – $300 plus GST
  2. Assignment of Booth – VYC endeavours to curate and create a positive experience for all vendors.   A complete Vendor package will be distributed on February 7, 2020 and will include policies/protocols as well as your booth location assignment.
  3. Cancellation Policy – in the event that you are unable to use your exhibit space contracted for, you may notify the VYC at partner@victoriayogaconference.com.  Upon written notice, the VYC will attempt to re-sell the exhibit space.  If the space is re-sold to another exhibitor, the cancelling exhibitor will receive a refund of 75% of their net payment at the time of cancellation.  Cancellations received after January 15, 2020 will not be refunded.
  4. Eligible Exhibitors – the VYC reserves the right to determine eligibility of an applicant for the Wellness Market.  Should an application be made and an exhibitor is deemed ineligible to exhibit, you will be notified by email.
