Yoga Nidra and Relaxation with Jacqueline Quinless

Yoga Nidra and Relaxation can support emotional wellness during uncertain times. Please join Jacqueline Quinless who is a trained yoga therapist (ICYT) for this upcoming series. The classes will focus on long, slow stretching intended to open up joints and connective tissues, for deep relaxation, cultivating mindfulness and also increasing overall health and flexibility. The class is followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra often called the “meditative heart of yoga,” which is an ancient yogic technique used in India to learn the art of self-relaxation, traditionally used to balance the body and mind. Dress warmly and make sure to bring a blanket. New students and all bodies are always welcome.

Location: Windsor Pavilion Rotary Room. Register through Oak Bay Recreation
