Yoga For Scoliosis

Do you have scoliosis? Do you feel uneven in your body? Can you twist one way much more than the other? Are you aware of some really tight areas? This class is for students with some knowledge of yoga and who are aware of their curve pattern. We will work with breathing practices, releasing tight areas and stabilizing core muscles to improve posture and body awareness as well as reduce tension and pain. The class is taught workshop style so that questions can be answered as they arise. It will be limited to 6 participants.
Series of 4 classes: Wed. June 3, 10, 17, 24. 10am-11:15am.
