Movement for a Cause in support of Dress for Success Vancouver (www.vancouver.dressforsuccess.org) returns on Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 10-11:30am at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre, located at 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver.
Presented by the Victoria Yoga Conference (www.victoriayogaconference.com), Movement for a Cause will feature a 90-minute Bellyfit (www.bellyfit.com) class led by six top-notch Bellyfit certified instructors. Designed for the female body, mind and spirit, Bellyfit is a unique holistic workout approach that fuses fitness, belly dance and yoga, redefining what healthy, fit and beautiful really looks and feels like.
Door prizes include athletic wear generously donated by Lululemon Metrotown, Victoria Yoga Conference t-shirts and a grand prize of one Victoria Yoga Conference weekend pass valued at $295!
Complimentary Starbucks Yaletown coffee will be served post-workout, so please stay and enjoy a hot beverage afterwards!
Movement for a Cause is a $20 suggested donation with all proceeds going to Dress for Success Vancouver. Cash only donations will be accepted day of Fundraiser. We look forward to seeing you there!
The 7th annual Victoria Yoga Conference takes places on February 14-16, 2020 at the University of Victoria, located on beautiful Vancouver Island. This year’s much-anticipated event will featured over 60 classes facilitated by internationally recognized instructors, live music and a wellness market.
Dress for Success Vancouver is proud to be celebrating its 20th year anniversary. This first international affiliate launched in 1999 has empowered more than 32,000 women in the Lower Mainland with professional attire and skills to thrive both in work and in life.
