Gentle Yoga for Hips and Shoulders

Are you feeling tight in your hips and shoulders? Do you feel tension that you would like to soften? This a practice of slow and mindful movements designed to increase stability and mobility. It includes pranayama (breathing techniques), restorative supported postures and relaxation at the end. This class is for you if you would like to dedicate time to consciously breathing and moving slowly in order to soften tight areas and calm your nervous system. This class is for students with 6+ months of yoga experience.
Series of 4 classes: Thursdays June 4,11,18,25. 7:15pm-8:30pm
