Autumn Blessings: A 2 hour Yoga & Meditation Retreat

A 2 hour mini-retreat hosted online by Lena. 
 
The offering will be hosted on Zoom and will include a gentle flowing yoga practice, a guided meditation and an autumn inspired dialogue & contemplation. Please wear comfortable clothes and set up your retreat space so that for these 2 hours you can be at ease. Have a yoga mat, meditation chair or cushions, a journal/pen and something to sip on nearby. You will be emailed simple sign in directions. You will need to have Zoom installed on the device you will be connecting from. Please provide current email address at time of registration and check your spam folder if you do not receive the instructions in your inbox. Instructions will be sent the week of retreat to the email address that you provide for contact.

Lena is a student of Eihei Peter Levitt and is a longtime member of the Salt Spring Zen Circle. She weaves elemental themes into her yoga classes and meditations and sprinkles Spanish into everything. Lena teaches Mindfulness as a lecturer at the Modo Yoga Teacher Training and lives a homestead/permaculture inspired life on Salt Spring Island with her husband Joel.
Lena is certified in the instruction of Modo Level 1 & 2 (700 hours), Yin (80 hours), Vinyasa (200 hours) and has taught and attended a multitude of trainings, retreats, intensives and specialty workshops.
