Brandon is deeply passionate about supporting others to find a deeper sense of self confidence. He wants to lift you up physically and emotionally. Not only is he a strong and supportive base, his sassy sense of humour will keep you entertained in the toughest of times. Brandon has been a featured teacher at events like the Victoria Yoga Conference and Camp Yoga BC and is also a Lululemon Ambassador. Brandon has completed Acro Revolution teacher training.

What quality do you admire most in others and why? Generosity and humbleness as it shows a care for others and a persons value of community.
What do you do to manage stress and anxiety? I sweat, whether that is through acro yoga, yoga, surfing, mountain biking or running.
Do you have a personal philosophy you live by? Always do your best. In everything that you do give your best and be your best self.
Many people choose a word for their year. Do you have a word for 2018? My word for 2018 is Help. I want to help everyone that I can to be their best and do their best throughout the next year.
What is one book have you read over and over again? How Yoga Works by Christie McNally and Michael Roach is my favourite book.
How do you recharge your batteries? Time in nature and being in the ocean.
What do you do to spur creativity? Spontaneity always inspires me to be creative.
What is your guilty pleasure? Teasing and pranking Katie Thacker.
What advice would you give your younger self? Set your standards higher for what you are capable of and who you spend your time with.
