We believe building strong communities creates abundance for everyone. We’d like to invite you to participate in the 2017 Victoria Yoga Conference as a Studio Partner. This is a new initiative which we are really excited about!

Studio Partners will receive:

  • One full access pass to the 2017 conference (February 10-13th, 2017)
  • Logo with hyperlink on the VYC website displayed on our Partners and Sponsors page
  • Sponsorship announcement on social media including a logo and hyperlink
  • Sponsorship announcement in our newsletter
  • 10% of ticket sales purchased under your affiliate code before February 9th, 2017.
  • Ability to list your studio events for free on the Victoria Yoga Conference website’s Community Calendar.
  • Marketing materials including posters, handbills and digital materials to sharing in your studio and on your social media channels.
  • Opportunity to place one piece of marketing material (postcard sized or smaller) on the registration table throughout the event.

What we ask of you:

  • Post the provided marketing materials on your social media displayed in your studio (Minimum of twice a month for social media sharing)
  • Send an exclusive email to your e-newsletter list with your unique discount code to purchase tickets to the VYC
  • Include information about the VYC in an additional two newsletters – we’ll provide you with an image and some wording to help.
  • Display the VYC logo and link to the VYC website on your studio website

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Victoria Yoga Conference 2017 in Victoria, BC, Canada. By completing the information below, and submitting your payment, you will secure your spot as a Studio Partner.
  • Please provide your logo in as high a resolution format as you have it. Formats accepted are .jpg, .gif, .png, .eps
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, eps.
  • In six to eight sentences, please provide a description of your studio. This may appear in the conference program. Please do not include any website URL's, email addresses or contact information.
