Mother, teacher, and mentor, Christine has been teaching for 13+ years; a journey that began in New York and landed her (back) in Vancouver in 2006. Her classes reflect a passion and respect for both rhythmic, fluid movement, and strong, focused attention. Pairing precision in alignment instruction with artful language, she works to create a space where you are both safe to feel, and supported to grow. She is regarded as a teacher who speaks openly and honestly about the full spectrum of the human experience; able to offer relevant teachings from both the ancient and the everyday.
